Condo Rentals In Davenport Florida Can Enhance Your Disney World VacationCondo Rentals In Davenport Florida Can Enhance Your Disney World Vacation

Are you planning a Disney World or Orlando Florida Vacation? Davenport Florida is an up and coming community just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World Orlando as well as many other Orlando attractions. If the expense of cramped hotel rooms in Orlando seem daunting, perhaps you should consider renting a much more spacious condo that has all the amenities of home frequently for less in Davenport.

Davenport is centrally located in the state of Florida. It is 90 minutes from Cocoa Beach on the Eastern Shore of Florida and approximately 90 minutes from the Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa area on the Golf Coast. Davenport is starting to be known as the Little Orlando. Although just a fifteen-minute drive to Disney World, it is so much more than just the little sister to Orlando.

Davenport is centrally located in Central Florida so you could visit Cypress Gardens or Sea World. For the adventurous, the Orange Blossom Hot Air Balloon Rides or the Helicopter Rides on Rte 192 will take your breath away and add to your vacation experience. Or, if you are really adventurous, the Kennedy Space Center is approximately 90 minutes from Davenport, for anyone who ever had visions of becoming an astronaut you are that much closer to having your fantasy come true.

The Disney Celebration Community is also just minutes away. There are many shops and boutiques as well as restaurants for your enjoyment. Downtown Disney will get you in the mood to enjoy all the various theme parks. Davenport is close to all the major theme parks, the Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom are close enough so that you can visit the parks in the morning, come home to relax, nap or just jump in the pool. Be sure to return in the evening to see the parade and watch the late night fireworks.

Central Florida is also a Mecca for your golfing pleasure. There are many golf courses that will take your breath away and help you to fine tune your skills, before you return home. If you are a beginner there are plenty of par three courses and if you are looking for something more challenging you can play at Champions Gate to get the professional challenge. Note that summer rates are less expensive than the winter.

For you nature lovers there is the Bok Sanctuary or Silver Springs Nature Theme Park, both are minutes from Davenport. You can have a wonderful day enjoying nature at its best. Picture taking is mandatory. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to do a lot of walking.

Universal Studios and City Walk are just minutes from Davenport. The adventure begins at Universal Studios. When you're finished at the theme park the nightlife is just beginning, City Walk features many Arcades for the kids to try and excellent restaurants like Emerils and Jimmy Buffets Margarita Ville and don't forget The Hard Rock Café.

If you prefer to dining out there are many restaurants in or near Davenport that will fit any budget. You can get fast food as well as fine dining for that special occasion. For fine dining I highly recommend Mama Della's at the Petrofina Bay Hotel and the Gaylord Palms Hotel (all five or their restaurants). There are also plenty of Sea Food Restaurants to choose from. There are also plenty of Mc Donald's and Burger Kings as well as Pizza establishments to choose from. If you would prefer an evening in, condo rentals also include full kitchens so you can prepare your own meals and dine at the table family style.

Get Revved Up In Daytona Beach

You'll be encouraged to start your engines upon arrival in Daytona Beach, but there's much more to do that doesn't involve fast cars or big crowds. There's the beach, of course, but even beyond that are multitudes of opportunities that will keep everyone in your group consistently engaged, amazed and stimulated. This multi-faceted destination is buzzing with activity, so consider a trip to Florida's Central Atlantic coast if it's time for a break from reality.

Begin with a little rest and relaxation in order to properly charge up your probably depleted batteries. Pick a spot along the more than 23 miles of fabulous beach, all of which are free and open to the public every moment of the year, and either settle in for a snooze in the sun, a reading session (you can finally get to that novel that's been gathering dust on your nightstand) or rent the necessary equipment to fully delight in the surf. This could be a jet ski, snorkeling gear, a boogie board or a fishing pole. The region is packed with parks and plenty of room to spread out, so look for your lost sense of fun along Atlantic Avenue or Oceanshore Boulevard - it's there waiting for you.

Brush the sand from toes and try to make yourself put some shoes on as you head back towards civilization. Not that theme parks, golf courses, tennis courts and flea markets are all that fancy or anything, flip flops and shorts should work just fine. Play some games with the kids, hop onto a go-kart, ride a rollercoaster and scream like you wish you could every time your computer crashes. The days during this trip will most certainly be sunny and bright in more ways than one, so take advantage of it and make a list of fun and fabulous places to visit. Angell and Phelps Chocolate Factory comes highly recommended, as does Daytona Lagoon and Main Street Pier.

Like all families, everyone in the group has their own distinct interests, and it's okay to split up for a while to pursue them. For example, the Haunts of the World's Most Famous Beach Ghost Tour might be too scary for the little ones, and the Marine Science Center might not float everyone else's boat. Skydiving and sunrise ballooning will be for the adventurers, and the others may be perfectly happy to play beach bingo or stroll down the boardwalk. The point is, just as sure as everyone will scatter to the wind, they'll meet back up again (probably around meal time) to compare stories and celebrate the never ending play land that is Daytona Beach.

Chances are, if you're choosing to visit this particular destination, you have at least an occasional need for speed. That is, you're well aware of the racing influence on the local culture and have made the pilgrimage to the birthplace of all things motorsport to learn more about the hows, whens, wheres and whys of this crowd pleasing tradition. This urge can be satisfied by stopping by International Speedway, and if your thirst continues be sure to visit the Birthplace of Speed Park, the Living Legends of Auto Racing Museum, or the Richard Petty Driving Experience. Fill your entire day with racing; you know you want to, and this is the only place to do it.

The possible itineraries are far from being exhausted. Shopping for antiques, trinkets, bargains or the latest designer fashions could fill a couple days alone. Dining on all the wonderful culinary delights will make you wish you had room to handle at least five meals a day, and the nighttime offerings, from comedy clubs to coffee houses, will keep you revved up long into the evening. Continuing with the theme of accessibility and variety, you'll see that Daytona Beach really does have it all.

One more thing before you start packing your bags; don't forget to choose a Daytona Beach Vacation Rental that will complement the fantastic festivities of this trip. You and your family deserve to be lodged in comfort and style, so check out the amenity-filled condos, houses and ocean front properties in order to discover the one that's just right for you. It's out there waiting, so keep your eyes peeled as you surf online.

Naples, Florida: Laid-Back Luxury

Although Naples may be known for its 10 miles of pristine, white sandy beaches, a more accurate description might entail endless relaxation and a sophisticated atmosphere that is perfect for a romantic vacation. Away from the kids, basking in the warm Florida sun, everything moves at a much slower pace and you simply cannot help but escape the stress of daily life when you retreat to picturesque Naples.

While you might expect a stuffy atmosphere and an off-putting level of snobbery from this region of Florida, Naples is actually quite welcoming and charming compared to its east coast counterpart. There are certainly sprawling waterfront mansions and upscale boutiques and restaurants, but the locals offset any of that upper-crust feel with a laid-back atmosphere that feeds off the abundant sunshine and swaying palm trees. Rather than flaunting their riches and success, the people here prefer to showcase their lovely tans and create an environment that is inviting to all.

To head to Naples means you are in search of something a little less family-oriented, where adult activities reign and children's attractions are scant. Although there is the Teddy Bear Museum and the Naples Zoo, this is a place for adults, and particularly couples, who want to surround themselves with the finer things in life and not have to worry about endless entertainment. A day in Naples may simply be spent strolling along 3rd Street South, window shopping or picking up a few art pieces, and then resting at a nearby café for a little people-watching. While this is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy each other's company, it is not so great for a child who wants to be constantly amused.

Well-known for its wide selection of fine dining options, no trip to Southwest Florida is complete without a stop by some of Naples' best restaurants. If you are looking for an excellent steakhouse, Chops City Grill features some of the finest meats along with an upbeat atmosphere. Seafood lovers can rejoice at either the Bay House Restaurant, which offers not only delicious cuisine but also stunning views of Osprey Bay and the Cocohatchee Wildlife Preserve, or the Bayside Seafood Grill, where the sautéed pistachio snapper and oak-grilled mahi mahi are top-notch.

The good life is never-ending in Naples where beyond the exquisite cuisine and stellar boutique shopping lies some of the most picturesque and challenging golf courses in Florida. The two best courses, Calusa Pine Golf Course and Naples National Golf Course, are both private, so it certainly helps if you have a local friend who is a member at either one of them. However, there are also several excellent semi-private and public options to fill your itinerary, including any of the Lely courses, Tiburon at the Ritz Carlton, and the LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort.

Leaving quite possibly the best part for last, the soft white sands of Naples run all the way from Barefoot Beach in North Naples to the Municipal Pier located just south of downtown. You can access the shoreline from just about any east-west street that hits Gulf Shore Blvd. and participate in any waterfront pursuit you can imagine. Strolling the sand at sunset is always popular, while jet skiing, swimming, boating, fishing, and scuba diving are just a few of the ways to enjoy the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico in this waterfront paradise.

Madeira Beach Triathlon Provides the Ultimate Fitness Vacation

For the last 25 years, fitness enthusiasts have flocked to sunny Madeira Beach to compete in the annual Madeira Beach Mad Dogs Triathlon. This event, held in May of each year, brings novice through advanced triathletes, age 7 to 82, from all over the southeastern United States to compete for trophies and notoriety.

This year's event will be held Friday, May 20th through Sunday, May 22nd, beginning with a 5k run at sunset Friday night, followed by mini races on Saturday and sprint triathlons on Sunday. Relay and novice events are also included. Races will take place at Archibald Park on Gulf Boulevard.

Travel accommodations are good and plenty throughout the area, and are perfect for families traveling to the area for the event. This particular beach does not have many hotels, rather it has many vacation rentals which actually work better for athletes. Madeira Beach vacation rentals typically come fully-furnished and include a full-sized refrigerator, stove-top oven, eating utensils, a dishwasher, and microwave.

This is ideal for athletes who rely on proper nourishment to get through their races. Many athletes don't like to go out to eat in the days leading up to the race because ingesting foreign ingredients can affect their performance. Instead, they prefer to prepare home-cooked meals such as chicken, steak, pasta, and potatoes. The morning of the race, they prefer to cook their oatmeal with nuts, berries - not eat fast food hashbrowns.

Athletes competing in this race also need their rest due to the high-level of competition, so it's important they get a good night's sleep. This isn't always possible at some of the larger hotels southward from Madeira, such as St. Pete Beach, or further north at Clearwater Beach.

The great thing about competing in the triathlon and bringing the whole family, is that even for non-competitors, it makes for a great vacation. The area offers some of the best family-friendly attractions around, great restaurants (for after the race, of course), and there's plenty of public transportation on the beach's trolley service.

All race participants should book their accommodations early to ensure they can reserve a condo on Madeira Beach. It's far more affordable than the area's hotels, meaning you can stay longer and can savor the entire race experience!

Super Seven Must Sees of Madeira Beach

Whether you're in the planning stages for your visit to Madeira Beach or are already there, these 'must-see' attractions are guaranteed to make your Florida vacation memorable.
1) The Pirate Ship at John's Pass - Set sail from historical John's Pass Village aboard a real-life pirate ship. Take part in a water gun battle, treasure hunt, pirate story-telling, face painting, limbo, and more. It's the perfect family-friendly activity in Madeira Beach, and you can learn about the area's history in the process. Open Monday through Saturday.

2) John's Pass Watersports - Nothing beats a tour of the area on the water, so why not rent a waverunner? You can rent a single or ride with two. If you'd REALLY like to see the area, go for a parasail ride!

3) Hubbard's Dolphin Watch - Also based out of the Pass, Hubbards Dolphin Watch takes you on a tour throughout Pinellas' beaches and Tampa Bay, watching for dolphins as well as native birds to the area such as egrets, pelicans, herons, and even manatees.

4) Hubbard's Fishing - If you want to fish, go on a deep-sea fishing excursion with Hubbard's. Then, enjoy a beach BBQ at Shell Island and snorkel at Egmont Key! Private charters and equipment rentals are available. Be sure to check their website for other specials, include night fishing excursions and more.

5) Smuggler's Cove Miniature Golf - Smugglers Cove is literally right across the street from several Madeira Beach Rentals so it's a convenient, affordable way to have fun with the whole family. I recommend you go around 5:00 to beat the heat, and right after, walk back across the street to your condo on the beach to catch a glimpse of a gorgeous sunset.

6) Artisan's Market - Now you can't go on a vacation and not bring back souvenirs for friends back home. Artisan's Market at John's Pass offers lots of unique pottery, candles, and more - perfect for gift-giving, or for your own home decorating.

7) John's Pass Picture This - Can you see a trend here? The Pass is THE place to be, and it's right across the street from virtually all Madeira Beach Condos. At Picture This gives you and your family the opportunity to take a professional, unique family portrait.

Surfside Beach Condo For Rent - Getting the Most For Your Money

When in search of the lowest cost surfside beach condo or any other seaside vacation home, there are a few factors that significantly determine the cost of your oceanfront property rental.

Location

The more popular vacations destinations and vacation spots close to tourist attractions generally have the highest rate for oceanfront property accommodations.

If the main objective of your vacation is the enjoyment of being at the beach you have many choices for vacation home rentals, each offering equal or better beaches, views, amenities and substantial savings. If your vacation plans include visiting cultural or recreational attractions and you want to save money on your vacation home rental consider renting your surfside beach condo at a neighboring beach. Weigh the cost of time and travel over the convenience and extra expense of being nearby to decide if the savings are significant enough to consider.

Also keep in mind that choosing an oceanfront property rental in an area less frequented by tourists, gives you a great opportunity to get away from it all, get some rest and relaxation. After all isn't that what vacations are known for?

Season

Season plays a big part in cost of renting a surfside beach condo. You'll find the lowest priced vacation home rentals in midsummer in the most southern states, such as Florida. While the lowest price vacation home rentals can be found in the fall and winter in the Carolinas.

By doing a little research on weather and seasonal prices you could save a substantial amount of money on the cost of a surfside beach condo or other oceanfront property rental.

Ownership

By far this can be one of the most significant factors determining the rental rate of a surfside beach condo. There are a significant amount of condo owners that don't live full-time in their oceanfront property homes and rent them weekly, monthly, and or seasonally.

Getting Great Deals on Miami Beach Vacation Rentals

I'm glad that my parent's dream of moving to Florida has become a reality. They are finally able to live out that dream now that they have retired and all of their children have grown and moved away. My siblings and I started to plan visits by looking into Miami Beach vacation rentals. We can't wait until my parent's have settled enough for company.

However, we couldn't decide what we wanted to do because we found so many great places to stay when we tried an Internet search. We also had to consider how much we were going to spend on the Miami Beach vacation rentals. Some of us wanted to go big while others preferred something a little thrifty. Fortunately, there are options that appeal to even the most meager wallets.

We actually discovered that most of the options were relatively cheap after doing some research on Miami Beach vacation rentals. The first option we considered was renting a small apartment. A small apartment can accommodate five people and only costs about 550 dollars per week. We really couldn't afford not to look at these cheap Miami Beach vacation rentals.

However, I found a better option on Miami Beach vacation rentals. There are houses that can be rented for as little as 1500 dollars per week. We could have all three couples share a house for the Florida get away for about the same price as the small single apartment. This means that we could enjoy the spaciousness of a house by the ocean while saving a lot of money in the long run.

Some of the houses that are available as Miami Beach vacation rentals cost about 2100 dollars per week. However, my siblings and I could just ignore those no matter how attractive they are. We decided to go with the Florida vacation home for rent rather than the condo or apartment after we considered all of the options. Now the only thing we have to do is get my parents down to Florida.

Walk Through a Miramar Beach Vacation Rental

Sprinkled across the Emerald Coast like so many eye-catching sea shells, the towns and beaches of Florida's panhandle have made millions of tourists happy to have visited, and will surely continue to do so indefinitely. If you've yet to make a journey here, the sooner you see what you've been missing, the better. The best advice you can follow is to book a vacation rental somewhere nice, somewhere like Miramar Beach. Settling in a comfortable place overlooking a gorgeous, activity-filled vacation wonderland might turn out to be the smartest thing you ever did.

Miramar Beach is one of many hot locations in the Florida panhandle/Destin area, but its versatility and loveliness make it a good choice for these purposes. You'll be able to take day trips if so desire, but that won't be necessary to experience the beach, restaurants, shops, sports, nature, and the vacation rentals. Condos on the beach and cottages with personality to spare are the way to go, as you'll soon find out.

Let's pick a popular property and walk through it, just in case you're new to the prospect of anything that's not a boxy, plain Jane hotel room. There's a condo nestled into a high rise building, whose fifth floor balcony makes for the perfect place to gaze out at the Gulf or watch the sun set each night. Two master bedrooms makes this a comfortable arrangement for either two couples or a medium-sized family, and colorful bedspreads, brightly painted rooms, and modern yet comfortable furniture makes for an atmosphere that's easy to get used to.

Even if you don't think you're the kind of person who takes to foreign environments, you'd be surprised at the way you can just sink into a place like this. The kitchen is not only fully-equipped, but easy to use. You'll intuitively find your way around well enough to have your morning coffee, throw together a quick lunch after a morning on the beach, and fire up the grill for a fantastic evening feast if you so desire. There are plenty of eateries nearby, of course, but sometimes it just feels right to keep things casual and tailored to your needs and wants, not to mention the money you'll save, too.

There's an outdoor pool for when you need a change from the beach, and just down the road is a tennis court (with lights for night playing) and a couple of golf courses within reach. Staying fit will be simply fun, as snorkeling, swimming and surfing burn loads of calories as well. This hasn't even factored in the fitness facilities that come as part of this vacation rental package, so those of you with a gym habit can get their weight-lifting or treadmill fix in order to make up for all the delicious food and tropical drinks that will no doubt be savored each day.

From major considerations, like whether or not this property is wheelchair friendly (it is) to small ones, like free beach chairs, many aspects of this experience will no doubt win you over. Perusing the listings online often becomes one of those vortexes that sucks away hours of your time in the blink of an eye; it's pretty entertaining to ogle all the photos and read the juicy details of each fabulous Miramar Beach Vacation Rental.

Reasons Naples Condo Rentals Make For a Better Florida Vacation

Naples condo rentals are a top-of-the-line lodging choice to experience all that this great part of Florida has to offer. Whether you want to rent a condo in downtown Naples or you'd rather stay on the beach, there are enough different rental properties available to customize your vacation according to your preferences.

Renting a condo in Naples, Florida, affords you the luxury of having some space to call your own. You will appreciate the comforts of home after a long day of sightseeing or even lounging on the beach. Most condos or rental homes in and around Naples have refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, washers and dryers, TVs, Internet and stereo equipment. With all of these amenities at your fingertips, you will have the option of dining in or out, hitting the town or having a quiet night in, and keeping you and your family's clothes in tip-top shape, ready for any event.

Many condos in Naples are located in resort-type developments with outdoor pools, tennis courts, fitness rooms, hot tubs, and sometimes golf courses adjacent or very close by. Many of these Naples condo resort rentals have their own walkways to the sandy beaches, putting you beachfront in no time.

Renting a vacation home in Naples will give you more leeway to indulge your passions. Boating enthusiasts will be able to find homes for rent that include boat slips or docks. Bring your boat with you so you can cruise the Gulf of Mexico or various waterways. Golfers will appreciate having more space in a rental home to store their clubs, whereas they'd practically be tripping over them in a hotel room. It's an even better arrangement if there are multiple people on the trip with sporting gear or you are an enthusiast of multiple sports. ... With a Naples vacation rental, you can bring everything that'll fit in your vehicle (or on the airplane).

Staying at rentals in Naples Florida also makes it more convenient to take daytrips to Marco Island, the Everglades, Bonita Springs, Estero Bay and Vanderbilt Beach. Since parking is included with most vacation rentals, you won't have to pay a valet, or in-and-out fees for parking garages. With that savings in hand, you'll be able to take in more of this scenic area on Southern Florida's Gulf Coast.

Think you'll be lost in Naples without the hotel concierge? Don't be. The best vacation home owners prepare tips, guidebooks and information packs, as well as their favorite menus for your reference. They know the area as well as anyone. But check their guestbook, too. Previous guests often leave notes about great discoveries during their time at the property. All of this adds up to a personalized and unforgettable experience.

Whether you plan to visit Naples for a week, a month or a whole season, owners of Naples villas, houses or condos for rent can accommodate you. While there are certain common conventions regarding availability, many owners are flexible and offer multiple rate formats to help you determine what rate is best for your vacation. From seasonal snowbirds to romantic weekenders to school vacationers, you can find ideal accommodations when you search for Naples condo rentals.

Seaside And Beach Vacation Rental Properties

People need time to relax and indulge in R&R (rest and recuperation or rest and relaxation) once in a while to reduce their stress levels. Many individuals prefer a scenic seaside or a comfortable beachfront to vacation in for their holidays. It's a great way to relax and enjoy your vacation, since one can experience the vast expanse of nature and clean breezy air for a change. Majority of the people who opt for a seaside vacation are generally employees and self-employed individuals, so for them the vacation budget is always a constraint as well as the traveling charges. Moreover, people prefer to go on vacations with their families, which further add up the vacation costs and increases the traveling budget. For such vacationers one of the best options is to consider beach condo rentals - it's a great way of saving money and still enjoy an eventful vacation with the family. If you are planning to visit the seaside with your wife and kids for the holidays, it's important to think about some options which can further reduce your holiday budget and make your stay more affordable.

Military or defense personnel option

The military and defense institutions provide certain concessions and benefits to various individuals working in their departments. In addition to health care and retirement benefits, the authorities also provide special travelling and vacationing discounts to the employees. A person working with the armed forces, Department of Defense (DOD), Civil Defense, or the Homeland Security is eligible for using the traveling and accommodation facilities offered in military resorts and government-owned recreational facilities. In certain cases private property owners provide their vacation rental properties to the defense authorities on a lease contract, or on rental basis, and the government sponsors a certain amount of the rental money and makes it easier for the staff member to afford his or her vacation. So if you are related to, or know someone who works in the military or defense sector, and if the person is ready to share the special concessions and benefits with you, you can avail a highly cost-effective vacation which is not only affordable but you also get to enjoy the perks and traveling benefits offered. For example the military resorts located at Camp Pendleton in California, or those situated on the island of Oahu in Hawaii are directly on the beach and their accommodation rates are determined by the pay grade of the employee rather than the ongoing market rates applicable to civilians. Even their highest per day rates are much lower as compared to what other civilian resorts charge when they offer rock bottom staying charges and accommodation rates. So it's worthwhile to think about the military or defense personnel option if you can get one.

Timeshare membership owners

A timeshare is a membership facility which makes it possible for property owners to own or purchase fully furnished accommodations on a sharing basis with other members at a highly reduced cost, and use the amenities offered at predetermined times in any legal way and manner - even rent the accommodations to families and individuals if they desire to do so. Typically, timeshare rental properties are luxurious resort accommodations and offer facilities rarely found in motel or hotel rooms, and that too at a fraction of the cost charged by resorts and hotels. Some timeshare members offer special discounted beachfront vacation rental packages which are very affordable and easy to avail. Some of the tourist places are more frequented by visitors since they are more popular. Many timeshare members in Florida co-own their assets adjacent to the seaside and often let their premises for rental purposes by offering vacation rentals in Florida at reasonable rates, and likewise Daytona beach vacation rentals can also be enjoyed at highly reduced rates. One has to search for such offers and advertisements in the local newspapers, real estate magazines, and the internet. So it's recommended you pick an attractive timeshare offer if you can find one to make your holidays affordable.

Private rentals

Many real estate and private property investors buy assets in commercial areas for investment purposes, and earn a good profit in the future by selling their properties at high rates. During the time they own their assets, they often rent their accommodations at reduced rental rates to earn some extra income. Usually the objective is not to make any significant profit by offering their assets at high rental rates, but to keep their assets occupied so the upkeep and maintenance is taken care of by the occupant. Some property owners own more than one dwelling, and it may be located in some other state or city. Owners who don't frequent homes other than the one they are residing in usually provide such homes for rental purposes. Usually the rental is offered in the form of vacation rental packages to make them more affordable, especially if the assets are located on or near a beachfront, seaside, or a waterfront. In some cases even if the rental property is not located on, or is not near the seaside but situated on or near a waterfront, it can still attract potential occupiers. For example, even though Orlando in Florida is not located near the sea there are many lakes and water bodies which provide an attractive and enjoyable waterfront to the tourists. Many home owners let their Orlando vacation rental homes to vacationers and tourists all the year around and enjoy a good monthly rental even at comparatively low rental rates. It's suggested you check out for attractive private rentals too in addition to other rental options.

Why Choose Boynton Beach Condos?

A high quality of life, a range of housing options and endless recreational opportunities have made Boynton Beach one of Palm Beach County's most desirable places to live. While it's a large city, Boynton Beach has the community feeling of a small town, with shimmering beaches, unspoiled nature parks and a vibrant downtown. It's a growing community that stretches from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Turnpike, with a variety of residential lifestyles, including Boynton Beach condos, waterfront communities, "Old Florida"-style neighborhoods, luxury single family homes, retirement and active living communities and upscale rental apartments.

There's an exciting renaissance happening in downtown Boynton. Condominiums, sports bars, spinning studios, and many more new businesses are opening in and around the heart of the city. With new stores, dining options and businesses, everything you could want is close at hand in Boynton. Condos along the waterfront are close to all these urban conveniences as well as some of South Florida's most incredible nature retreats. The Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge has 143,874 acres that are home to such species as the snail kite, wood stork and alligator. Fishing, boat ramps, canoe and nature trails provide hours of enjoyment for nature lovers.
Helping to energize the city is the Community Redevelopment Agency, which guides public and private redevelopment activities designed to revitalize the downtown core of Boynton.

Condos, a harbor marina, a promenade park, affordable senior housing, adaptive reuse projects, shopping centers and other commercial and residential projects are all part of the vibrant CRA district.

Boynton Beach condos, rental properties, town homes and upscale communities are just some of the privately funded residential projects designed to attract more people to a live/work/play lifestyle in the heart of the city.

Madeira Beach Rentals Allow Florida Vacationers to Escape Crowds and Chaos

Springtime will be here before we know it, and with that, droves of vacationers from all over will flock to Tampa Bay's beaches to soak up the sunshine. They come from all over and fit a variety of demographics - college kids driving a few hours south for Spring Break, or northerners who haven't had their fix of vitamin D in what seems like eternity.

But those swarms of early vacationers and Spring Breakers can make finding a peaceful beach retreat nearly impossible, especially for those not familiar with the area. Most outside of Florida only know St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach when it comes to Tampa Bay's beaches. But the smaller, lesser known beaches, such as Madeira Beach, are where you'll find the perfect blend of 'peace-and-quiet' along with premiere restaurants, entertainment, recreation, and affordable accommodations.

Unlike St. Pete and Clearwater Beaches, which are cluttered with large, high-rise hotels and barely any sight of natural ambiance, the ever-quaint Madeira Beach still manages to capture the essence of "Old Florida." There are no ultra high-rise hotels - just a few multi-story small vacation condos scattered about.

Beaches are wide, with natural sea oats and plentiful beds of sand. Instead of boisterous teenagers and young college kids drinking alcohol, children build sandcastles, while their families cook out the day's fresh-catch or play beach volleyball, and couples embrace for a quiet moment marveling at the magnificent Florida sunset.

At night they all retreat in quiet, comfortable rental condos, most fully-equipped with kitchens so they can still enjoy the conveniences of home while enjoying a much-needed getaway. Kids have their own bedrooms, while mom and dad can enjoy some alone time in a master suite.

They stay for a week or more, because the rate of a vacation rental is far cheaper than a hotel, with far more perks - privacy, peace and quiet, full amenities like in-house laundry, a full kitchen, private balconies overlooking the Gulf, all while enjoying the same proximity to nearby restaurants, recreation, and entertainment.
